Three private yoga sessions for you to use however you wish — ask questions, get adjustments, work on that asana or transition you’ve been thinking about for months or years, or start from the beginning. Daily group classes that will bring you into the powerful energy of community practice, while respecting your own pace and priorities.

The southern tip of Croatia boasts dramatic coastline and a warm, sunny countryside that seems to rise up just perfectly in order to provide the most sweeping views. Let yourself gaze into the landscape and see what it reveals to you. Explore your edge in a gorgeous setting where your daily needs are provided for and you can take some time to focus on you.

This trip is designed to give you the space and time you need. Much of the experience will be centered in the stunning villa and surrounding grounds. Excursions are offered to connect you with the environs, but the heart of the journey is about allowing yourself to find your footing in a way that you like. Through private yoga sessions and ample free time, you can perhaps restore, revive, and ultimately leave feeling invigorated in your practice both on and off the mat.  





Day 1-2
Land. Settle. Start.

When you arrive in Dubrovnik, we will collect you from the airport and take you to the villa that will be our home for the coming week. You will have the afternoon to unpack, take a nap, swim in the pool, walk the grounds, or unwind from the trip in any way you like. The evening will find us in our first group practice of the journey, dipping into meditation, pranayama, and asana. Afterward, we will share a delicious dinner at the villa and relax together as night falls.

Upon waking, we will ease into a day of exploration. You will have your first one-hour private session where you can ask questions, work on particular elements, get adjustments, or simply enjoy being guided through a personally-delivered sequence. A delicious brunch and all-day snacks will be provided each day, capped off by a delicious dinner made for us by a visiting chef. Evening guided meditation will be offered.



Day 3
Breathe. balance.

On day three we welcome the masseuse to our villa, where you will get a sumptuous massage. Book-ended by morning and evening yoga practice, today is about unwinding, both with the help of therapeutic touch and simple, unhurried living.

Read or journal by the pool, enjoy the tasty nourishment of fresh food, and experience the balance of doing less.


Day 4
Visit. Revisit.

Today we visit something ancient, but new to us— the marvelous Old City of Dubrovnik. You will have the chance to stroll the marble streets or opt for a more elevated perspective and walk the walls that surround the bustling commercial center.

Upon returning to the villa, you will revisit your personal yoga practice with another private session. Informed by the days and hours before, perhaps this session will echo the sentiment of the Old City, offering you something ancient, but letting the practice meet you in a new way. 



Day 5
prana. paddle.

On day five you can take a 2.5 hour kayak adventure around the city walls, to the nearby Lokrum Island, and along the coastline. As part of the experience you can snorkel and explore several well-known caves. You will then return home for poolside relaxation, dinner, and a restorative evening yoga practice.



Day 6
Lean. Learn.

Your final private yoga session will take place today. Leaning into the gifts of your journey thus far, see where the learning has brought you and be right there with it.

In the evening we will venture out to take a ride in the cable car for a sunset peek of the city. As the journey nears its end, you can soak in the unparalleled view from here and get some amazing pictures, too.

Day 7-8
Lift-off. Live.

On our last full day together, we will have a simple practice in the morning, spend the day lounging at the villa, and then share a closing ceremony to honor the journey. This afternoon is an excellent time to schedule any additional massage appointments if you had the hankering for one before you leave.

The morning of our departure, we will enjoy a light breakfast and then head to the airport to say goodbye.
